We’d like your help—and it’s fun & easy!
We’re in the process of collecting merchandise for the ‘One Block at a Time’ Benefit Gala and silent auction on April 18, 2015, and we need themed baskets to auction. There are three different ways to help outlined below along with a list of themes to choose from.
Please email Dana@MissionHaitiMedical.org if you, your congregation, small group, youth group, neighbors, etc. would like to help in this way.
We need the baskets and/or items by March 20th, 2015 in order to get them on our auction website. Also please let us know what theme you’ve chosen, so we don’t have too many of the same things.

- Put together a lovely basket.
- Send theme basket to us by Mar. 20, 2015
OPTION 2 | Donate items for a basket.
- Pick a specific themed basket (choices below).
- Gather items for the theme.
- Send items to us by Mar. 20, 2015.
- We put the basket together.
OPTION 3 | We put together a basket.
- Pick a specific themed basket (choices below).
- Donate money to purchase those items for your chosen theme.
- Send donated money to us by Mar. 20, 2015.
- We purchase those items and put the themed basket together.

Be as creative with themes as you like! To prevent having too many of the same themed items, please let us know what theme you’ve chosen.
