During their stay, the October workcamp team did some great “house cleaning” at the clinic as well as hold three medical clinics around Saintard. A much-needed inventory software system was implemented and is being managed by our Haitian Outpatient Clinic Manager, Elson, to help keep track of incoming supplies.
The Prosthetics Lab is getting closer to completion. An electrician, carpenter and general contractor were hired to complete the electrical wiring, finish the ceiling and walls and install windows. Amputees are already being referred to us from neighboring towns and ministries confirming that the Prosthetics Lab will be well used!
Also, quite a few networking meetings took place during the week which prayerfully will be beneficial for us in the future.
